How Much Will My Remodel Cost?

How Long Will My Project Take?
While every project is unique, typical timelines are:
- Bathroom Remodels: 3–4 weeks
- Kitchen Remodels: 3–4 weeks
- Whole-Home Flooring Projects: Approximately 2-3 weeks – depending on the square footage.
Project timelines may vary depending on material availability, change orders, and unforeseen conditions. It depends of what is all involved.
Do I Need Permits for My Remodel?
Permits may be required if your project involves:
- Removing or relocating walls
- Installing structural beams
- Replacing windows
- Significant plumbing or electrical modifications
- Depending on certain community restrictions and regulations
We will advise you if permits are necessary for your specific project.
Do You Offer Financing?
We do not currently offer in-house financing.
Many homeowners choose to finance their remodeling projects through:

What Is Included in Your Estimate?
Our estimates typically include labor, materials, project management, and installation services. Specific items included will vary based on the scope of work and will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
Do You Offer Design Services and 3D Renderings?
Yes!
We have two experienced designers on staff who can help you:
- Design the best layout for your space
- Select cabinetry, countertops, tile, and finishes
- Maximize functionality and storage
- Visualize your project before construction begins
We also provide professional 3D renderings using ProKitchen software so you can see your new space before making final decisions.
Can I Provide My Own Materials or Fixtures?
We typically supply:
- Cabinetry
- Countertops
- Tile
- Hardware
- Sinks
Homeowner-supplied items generally include:
- Plumbing fixtures
- Mirrors
- Decorative lighting fixtures
- Appliances
If you would like to supply additional items, please discuss them with us before ordering.
What Warranties Do You Provide?
Cabinetry
Manufacturer defects are covered and defective products will be replaced according to manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Countertops
Most countertops carry manufacturer warranties of up to 15 years, depending on the product selected.
Flooring
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Details will be provided during material selection.
Is There a Cost for an Estimate?
A designer will visit your home to:
- Measure the space
- Discuss your goals and ideas
- Evaluate existing conditions
- Prepare a preliminary estimate

Where Are Materials Delivered?
Homeowner-purchased items such as appliances, plumbing fixtures, Mirrors and light fixtures should be delivered directly to your home prior to demolition.
Cabinetry, countertops, and tile materials are typically delivered to our showroom for inspection and staging before installation.
Do I Need to Be Home During Construction?
No.
Many clients continue their normal routines while we complete the project. If desired, we can provide a lockbox for secure access.
Our crews are respectful of your home and work hard to keep the project clean, organized, and moving efficiently.
Will Changing the Layout Increase the Cost?
Moving walls, relocating plumbing, adding electrical circuits, or changing appliance locations, Water lines typically increases labor and material costs.
We will discuss these impacts during the design process.
How Do Change Orders Work?
We work hard to finalize all details before construction begins to minimize changes.
If additional work, materials, or design modifications are requested after the contract is signed, a written change order will be provided for approval before the work is performed.
Any approved change order costs will be added to the project balance.
Who Will Be My Point of Contact During the Project?
Our office staff will keep you informed regarding scheduling, deliveries, and project updates.
In addition, owner Jack will remain involved throughout the project and is available to address questions or concerns as needed.
Do You Handle Plumbing and Electrical Work?
Yes.
We work with dedicated plumbing and electrical crews on a regular basis. Using our trusted vendors allows us to coordinate schedules efficiently and keep projects moving smoothly.
How Often Will I Receive Project Updates?
You will receive regular communication throughout the project.
Typically, clients receive updates regarding:
- Daily schedules
- Which trades will be on-site
- Material deliveries
- Project progress
- Any questions requiring homeowner input
